José Bautista
Outfielder 19 José Antonio Bautista (born October 19, 1980) is a Dominican professional baseball right fielder for the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has major league experience at six different positions because of his role as a utility player earlier in his career.
Bautista was to be the Pirates' starting third baseman and backup outfielder in 2008. From June 14 to 24, he hit five home runs in a span of nine games against inter-league opponents Baltimore, Chicago White Sox, Toronto, and the New York Yankees. However, he struggled offensively for most of the year, and after the 2008 trade deadline Bautista lost his starting job to the newly acquired Andy LaRoche. Bautista was optioned to Triple-A (Indianapolis Indians) on August 13. After performing well in Triple-A, on August 21, he was traded to the Toronto Blue Jays for a player to be named later, which eventually was Robinzon Diaz. |
Josh Donaldson
Infielder 20 Joshua Adam Donaldson (born December 8, 1985) is an American professional baseball third baseman for the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball. He previously played for the Oakland Athletics where he was an All-Star in 2014. Donaldson was called up to the majors for the first time on April 30, 2010.[3] He made his debut that night as a pinch hitter, and struck out. On May 1, 2010, Donaldson recorded his first major league hit, a 2-run home run on the first pitch by Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Dana Eveland. On November 28, 2014, Donaldson was traded to the Toronto Blue Jays for Brett Lawrie, Kendall Graveman, Sean Nolin, and Franklin Barreto.

Michael Saunders
Outfielder 21 Michael Edward Brett Saunders (born November 19, 1986) is a Canadian professional baseball center fielder for the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball (MLB). He previously played for the Seattle Mariners, and was nicknamed "The Condor" by Dave Sims, who attributed the origin of it to Lee Tinsley. Saunders started his baseball playing Little League Baseball in the Gordon Head Baseball Association. While attending Lambrick Park Secondary School in Victoria, British Columbia, Saunders played high school baseball for the Victoria Mariners of the British Columbia Premier Baseball League. He spent the 2004 season playing for the Tallahassee Community College Eagles.

Reyes is a four-time MLB All-Star. He led MLB in triples in 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2011. Reyes also led the National League (NL) in stolen bases in 2005, 2006, and 2007. He was the NL batting champion in 2011. He is also the New York Mets' all-time leader in triples and stolen bases. On November 19, 2012, Reyes was traded to the Toronto Blue Jays along with Josh Johnson, Mark Buehrle, John Buck, and Emilio Bonifacio, in exchange for Jeff Mathis, Adeiny Hechavarria, Henderson Álvarez, Yunel Escobar, Jake Marisnick, Anthony DeSclafani, and Justin Nicolino. Reyes needed to be carted off the field during a game against the Kansas City Royals on April 12, 2013, after hearing a pop in his left ankle while sliding into second. General manager Alex Anthopoulos stated that Reyes would be placed on the disabled list and was then expected to miss between 4 weeks and 3 months of action. |
Aaron Sanchez
Pitcher 41 Aaron Jacob Sanchez (born July 1, 1992) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball (MLB). He was drafted by the Blue Jays in the first round of the 2010 Major League Baseball Draft, and made his MLB debut on July 23, 2014. In 2015, Sanchez was ranked by MLB as the number 3 prospect in the Blue Jays' organization, and the 44th best prospect in baseball. On July 22, 2014, it was announced that Sanchez had been promoted to the Toronto Blue Jays to pitch out of the bullpen. He made his debut on July 23, pitching 2 innings and recording 2 strikeouts against the Boston Red Sox. On July 27, Sanchez earned his first Major League win, pitching 2 innings against the New York Yankees. On August 30, he recorded his first major league save, pitching 2 innings and preserving a 2–0 lead over the Yankees. Sanchez made 24 appearances for the Blue Jays in 2014, and posted a 2–2 record with a 1.09 ERA, 27 strikeouts, 3 saves, and a 0.70 WHIP in 33 innings pitched.

He is listed at 180 lbs and is 5' 8" tall, making him one of only 6 pitchers shorter than 5' 10" to make a start at the MLB level in the 21st century. Stroman's repertoire includes 6 pitches: his four-seam fastball and two-seam fastball average 94.5 miles per hour (152.1 km/h) and 93.5 miles per hour (150.5 km/h) respectively. He was considered one of the Blue Jays top prospects before the start of the 2012 Major League Baseball season. The Blue Jays purchased Hutchison's contract from the Fisher Cats on April 19, 2012.[5] He made his first MLB start on April 21, 2012 against the Kansas City Royals in Kansas City, pitching 5 1⁄3 innings and yielding 5 earned runs, with 4 strikeouts and 3 walks in a 9–5 win. He previously played for the Washington Nationals and Milwaukee Brewers. On November 1, 2014, Estrada was traded to the Toronto Blue Jays for Adam Lind.[5] He and the Blue Jays avoided salary arbitration when he agreed to a one-year, $3.9 million contract on January 16, 2015.[6] Estrada opened spring training in competition for the fifth starter role with Aaron Sanchez. He opened the 2015 regular season in the bullpen. After the Blue Jays optioned Daniel Norris to the Triple-A Buffalo Bisons on May 1, Estrada was moved into the starting rotation.
